Refund and Participation Policy

If you participate in the kickoff retreat and do not believe the program is worth the cost within the first 30 days, we will refund the full advisor grant and eat the program costs to date.

Note that you have to attend the retreat to be eligible for the refund. The intention of the refund option is to guarantee quality, not to give you the option to cancel at the last minute.

If you cancel more than 45 days before the retreat and we're able to fill your spot with a new paying participant, we'll refund the grant or defer your participation to a future cohort.

If you cancel less than 45 days before the retreat, we can't refund the grant or defer your participation.

We can't get refunds from the venue and it's difficult to place people at the last minute. Group composition is critical to the experience and it hurts other participants if you cancel.

Following the retreat, we ask participants to attend at least five of the six online peer groups. If you miss two or more peer groups you may be asked to withdraw from the group.

After the sixth peer group, groups decide if they want to keep meeting along with any norms they want to set. While there is no obligation, our hope is that groups choose to keep meeting.
